  • David Peregrina

    CO-FOUNDER & CEO

    A seasoned professional in human-centered design and strategic consulting, David has served as a board member for Wild Goose Creative, a co-chair for the DEI Council at Mid-Ohio Food Collective, and as an advocate for the LatinX community, drawing on his Mexican-American heritage to foster inclusion and representation. He is also the Creative Director at one of the nation’s five largest nonprofit hunger relief organizations and is certified in Design Thinking, Human-Centered Systems, and Service Design through IDEO, a global leader in innovation. Combined with his entrepreneurship studies at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, David brings a dynamic blend of creative and strategic insight that aligns with his clients’ business needs.


    David’s global upbringing across four continents has shaped his commitment to fostering a sense of belonging in every project he undertakes. His unique perspective drives his focus on sustainable, community-centered solutions that bring people together.

  • Victoria Peregrina

    CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

    Victoria also serves as a Coaching and Leadership Design Specialist for an educational non-profit based in Napa, California. With a passion for literacy developed over a decade as a public-school educator, Victoria brings a deep understanding of teaching and learning to her coaching work and can often be found in a bookstore, searching for her next novel to get lost in.


    With a master's in educational leadership & administration and specialized training in Improvement Science from the Carnegie Foundation and the Liberatory Design Process from the National Equity Project, Victoria integrates advanced methodologies into her practice. She has designed and facilitated professional learning for adult educators nationwide and is a seasoned presenter, having served as a designer, facilitator, and speaker at national education conferences, where she shares insights that inspire collaborative learning and development.
